My name is Sigrid. I was born in 1982 in Buenos Aires (Argentina!), neither Gen X nor Gen Y, belonging to a transitional generation.
English-Spanish bilingual. Engineer. Certified Ontological Coach. Design Thinking Facilitator & Instructor. Touch For Health Facilitator & Instructor. Worked +14 years in Marketing in Procter & Gamble.
I am currently working as a Coach for Better Up, while licensing in psychology and motherhood! My calling is to be of service for those who believe in an inside-out change to make this a nicer, more peaceful world. Love animals, trees and food. Needless to say, I am an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person). My friends & colleagues claim my special skills are empathy & true listening, organisation/ getting things done & decided fast in a way that seems very simple, and tapping into creativity. My style is to-the-point, with scarce small talk, and extremely direct, be prepared for some (empathetic) bluntness!
Can I Help You?
I help highly sensitive people who work –in big corporations or run their own small business, make the leap towards being at ease and fulfilled at current position, or finding a more suited job or occupation. I can connect with the inner struggle between a high sensitivity that often overwhelms some of us, and the aspiration to be successful at work: pursuing a corporate career or becoming an entrepreneur! We will face a dual objective: increase peace & happiness, as well as income or profits. I will diagnose & mentor you to grow business through marketing strategies, along with your personal transformation via ontological coaching. Because no really successful changes can be sustained if we just focus on just one of the latter. The person behind the job, the person behind the entrepreneur, matters, and his or her beliefs and stamina will directly unleash or limit business growth.
Sigi & Associates
I was brought up as a team player by the P&G Marketing career and Engineering University I attended to; places where I met tremendously talented women. Thus, I partner with one or more of them, according to the needs of the project. Diversity and making what each one does best, are the principles for efficient and more powerful processes.
